Our Story

As the Co-founder of Amani Health Inc, I have experienced and overcome mental health challenges. During the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020, I fell ill. After carrying out several tests including CT scans, that showed nothing, I realized my struggle with stress, anxiety, and depression had greatly affected my physical health.

I also heard personal stories from close family members whose friends, including teenagers committed suicide. Realizing how limited the access to mental health resources and support was, it broke my heart and I knew that something had to be done swiftly. Thankfully, I was able to get the help I needed, but I can't say the same for others who might be going through the same challenge.

Knowing firsthand how difficult navigating mental health issues can be, irrespective of status or age group, we are committed to creating a world where mental health care is accessible and stigma-free. It's personal for us.

Amani Health Inc believes everybody including children deserves access to professional, convenient, and affordable support without barriers. We are dedicated to providing a safe space where everyone can feel comfortable talking about their feelings, concerns, or challenges without fear of judgment or stigma.
